The purpose of this role is to strengthen the marketing team by adding hands-on support for content, coordination, digital channels and new AI-driven workflows. The person will help create more structure, more consistency and more capacity in marketing, while also supporting J2’s development toward smarter and more efficient ways of working.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in AI Project and support the marketing function at J2 Sourcing with day-to-day marketing activities, content coordination, digital channel updates, campaign support and selected AI and automation projects.
The role is designed for someone who is curious, structured and eager to learn. The person will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support both creative and practical tasks across marketing e.g. external communication, events and internal digital development etc.

Your main responsibilities
Support the planning, creation and publishing of content for J2’s marketing channels
Help update and maintain website content, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and campaign material
Assist with the marketing calendar and help keep activities on track
Support the creation and updating of brochures, presentations, sales material and internal communication
Help coordinate marketing assets, templates, images, text files and brand material
Support event and trade show preparation with content, print material and communication tasks
Help collect, organize and reuse content from different teams across the company
Assist with basic follow-up of marketing activities, such as campaign performance, channel activity and content engagement
Support employer branding activities and recruitment-related marketing material
Get involved in AI and automation projects by helping test tools, document workflows and support simple implementation tasks
Assist in creating internal guides, instructions and templates for AI tools and marketing workflows
Help identify repetitive marketing or admin tasks that could be improved with smarter tools or automation
Support colleagues when needed with simple content, communication or digital tool-related tasks
This is you and required skills
This is an entry level position. We believe that you have a bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience from working broad within marketing. We do not expect you to be an AI specialist from day one, but we expect you to have a strong interest in the field. The role is about learning and supporting practical AI use in the company.

J2 Sourcing works with challenging sourcing matters in electronic components and supports customers across the product life cycle, including competitive sourcing, supplier consolidation, Knowledge Center and Cash Care services.
